Livermore market update, feedback from buyers coming through open house today: still hot hot hot. Multiple offers on many properties. Buyers still writing aggressive often times over asking, little or no contingencies. About 20-30 people came through in a 3 hr period. What was interesting is how many buyers out there attend open houses lately without their agents. As much as the conversations were about "wow how high the prices are" the conversations immediately flip to "ok what do we have to do to get it". This strong buyer tone is setting the "call to action" driving a strong market in Livermore , specially in the entry level $500-$600k market. That's it for now hope this update is helpful.
